Comfort Center for Dentistry is a fee-for-service practice. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We understand that patients’ financial needs are as unique as their dental needs. In an effort to offer flexible payment options, we accept payment by cash, check, all major credit cards, and work with Care Credit to make available extended payment plans.
We are happy to file insurance claims for our patients. We do expect payment of the patient’s estimated co-pay at the time of services. The above payment options are available for that portion. We simply ask that patients provide us with their insurance information a minimum of five days prior to their first appointment. This allows us to verify their benefits. If we do not receive the information enough in advance, the patient will be expected to pay for that appointment that day. Once we receive the necessary information, we will happily file the insurance claim, instructing the insurance company to reimburse the patient.
